What’s Included in Your Home Visit & how much does it cost?

 

Our home visit hearing service includes everything you need for complete care at a cost of just £150 and includes:

​

• A Full hearing test using clinical-grade equipment

​

• Your results evaluated and fully explained

​

• Your next steps & options explained and discussed.

​

Should you require Hearing Aids and wish to go ahead with purchase & fitting, the following is included in the cost of your aids:

​

• Professional hearing aid fitting (if required)

​

• One follow-up appointment, 2 weeks after fitting of your aids

​

• One Hearing review at 18 months

​

• Support available by phone or video call

​

• Additional call-outs available for just £100 per visit

​

• An Ear Health check & Wax Removal can be arranged at your home for £65 per visit. If Excess wax has been a concern or you are prone to this, We advise this service prior to booking your hearing test.

 

Please Note: If you have a wax buildup which prevents a a full hearing assessment you may be charged the additional call out fee of £100.​​​

Which areas do you travel to?

​

We initially cover a 15 mile radius of our clinic in Norwich (NR3 3HQ) outside of this area there will be a charge of 50 pence per mile.
